Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“YOU”) AND WEB2APPLICATION. BY APPLYING TO OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. THE ENGLISH VERSION CONTROLS.

1. Eligibility

  1. Applications are reviewed and may be approved or declined at our sole discretion, without obligation to explain.
  2. The Affiliate Program is not available to applicants from Israel due to tax and invoicing requirements. Israeli businesses may apply to the Agency Program instead.
  3. We do not allow promotion on gambling, adult, drug, hate, or other harmful websites/content.

2. Referral tracking

  1. Approved affiliates receive a referral link for use on permitted channels.
  2. The tracking cookie is valid for 60 days, subject to the end user’s browser settings, cookie blockers, and later referral links.
  3. Applications opened under a referred user account may be credited to that affiliate according to our attribution rules. Apps under an Agency seat bank are excluded from Affiliate commission.

3. Commissions & payouts

  1. Commission rate: 20% on qualifying monthly subscription payments and 20% on qualifying yearly / full-service style payments, of amounts actually collected.
  2. Commissions start as pending and become payable only after a hold period of about 75 days without refund/chargeback, to reduce fraud and payment reversals.
  3. If a payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed before payout, related commissions may be voided.
  4. Withdrawals are via PayPal through the Affiliate dashboard, subject to a minimum of $100 payable balance and our approval of the payout request.
  5. We may change rates, hold periods, or minimums prospectively by updating these terms and/or the product interface.

4. Conduct & IP

  1. You may not misrepresent Web2Application, use spam, or claim ownership of our software, trademarks, or code.
  2. You are responsible for content and IP used in your promotions.
  3. Abuse may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Material breach may terminate immediately.
  2. Web2Application may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
